Tastes good and works great

Ferosom Gummies are for ages three years and up. They can help prevent iron deficiency anemia and its associated tiredness and fatigue in children, adolescents and adults.
How often should the gummies be taken?
Ferosom Gummies are to be taken once daily. Each gummie contains 7 mg of iron. The number of gummies is dependent on age and your health care providers recommendation. For ages 3 to 13, we recommend 1-2 gummies daily. For ages 14 to 18, we recommend 2-3 gummies daily. For adults 18 years and older, we recommended 3 gummies daily.
Can my child take this alongside their daily multivitamin?
Many multivitamins already contain some iron, so combining them could push your child above the recommended daily amount. Check your child's multivitamin label and talk to their health care provider before combining iron sources.
What are the symptoms of iron deficiency in children?
Iron deficiency in children can be associated with symptoms such as fatigue, cold hands and feet, pale skin, irritability/fussiness, lack of focus, poor appetite, or unusual cravings for non-food items.
